Should I trust HR or leave and hire an attorney? People have left our group and COF because of this person and I think I can get them to talk.

What are legitimate reasons cyber would flag or fire you when tracking your company laptop logs?

    • Aw man this saddens me. I met a female C1 director from San Francisco who previously worked at intuit and she was really nice! I’m guessing it’s the same person that is being discussed here but I hope it’s not. Is the person being discussed here white or Indian?

That’s what I have heard and many have gone to HR and AR before me. They have also included specifics in the engagement survey. Nothing. Seems like COF doesn’t care. If we all get an attorney and go public they may actually do something.

  • Depending on what the abusive behavior, HR may or may not work. Hiring an attorney to get some advice initially would be prudent, but don't go all out with a lawsuit until after you consider the options. Your attorney will tell you that there needs to be pattern, with evidence. I am not a lawyer so can't comment on what is usable as evidence. He/she would be able to.

But you go blazing in with a lawsuit, talk to your attorney whether talking to HR is ok.

Thank you for the advice. There is definitely a pattern and previous legal action. No one understands how she is able to stay. She uses back channels to try to destroy your reputation if you try to leave the group because it makes her look bad as a leader. I have seen it several times and she is an excellent manipulator. Thanks again.
