My situation:
I looooove my job here at LinkedIn. However, I have another offer slightly better TC but is from one of the top FAANGMULSA?... lot of prestige. I want to get that on my resume. But I want to come back to LinkedIn. I've been at LI for only 3 months. I feel like if I leave so soon I'd be not welcomed back, but I also feel I'd be doing my career disservice if I dont get that on my resume either.
I have heard you can always boomerang within a year? true? what about more than that?
I actually want to come back as a staff engineer.

Quite frankly it’s not worth it unless you definitely don’t expect to go back to LinkedIn
Is it Microsoft/UBER/LinkedIn/S?/Airbnb
Also, if you leave 3 months in, you’re burning a bridge.
Just say the new company name and you can get a real answer
