Anyone have an idea of what to expect in terms of an offer for Enterprise Architect or Senior Enterprise Architect role at Truist? Do they offer signing bonus and RSUs? Any words of wisdom? Location - Raleigh, NC
Did they tell you what job level the role is for?
Interviewing for an Enterprise Architect position. Have not been told the job level. Can you help shed some light on the job levels and associated compensation and benefits? Does Truist offer RSUs or any additional benefits?
If you have the link to the job post, I can look it up and tell you what the range might be. Additional comp depends on level, but it could be bonus + equity. Thereโs also a pension plan, which is good if you see this as a terminal workplace.
What technologies Truist uses ? How is the work culture? Do they outsource work to IBM a lot ? Are they mordern like capitalone ? I am exploring senior position with Truist
dont expect much, it is just another bank. Salary, 10% bonus and thats about it. word of wisdom: find a better place
Appreciate the response, would you be able to put some numbers around it? Sometimes beggars can't be choosers ๐
not sure abt architect salaries, I dont think they are very high. Architects usually dont code much and thus dont have high TC. it is mostly paper pushing. try asking for 130k
