It sounds like my onsite loop went very well and I received offer details from my recruiter today.
Salary: $225k
RSUs: $275k/year ($1.1M total)
Sign-on bonus: $20k
TC: $500k
This is for an L6 SWE position; I'm in a tier-1 city but will be working remotely.
How excited should I be? This is a >50% comp increase for me, so I'm currently at "very excited indeed"; is it worth trying to negotiate even higher?
[edit] everyone's asking for YOE even though it's a terrible metric, so: 10 YOE.

Can't hurt to try to negotiate, but I don't think they'll go much higher.
