I am currently based out of the bay area, California. I recently received Sr. Python Developer offers a remote position from JLL (https://www.linkedin.com/company/jll) (Real estate company.)
I don't have any idea on how much TC to ask for.
Does anyone know what a competitive package will be for this position?

Also how do you get to an offer without ever discussing comp? Seems very odd
