    Folks are more jaded here*

Spent time at Amazon and Uber, my feelings towards my employment at both became significantly worse after getting back on blind. I’m not saying there aren’t valid points regarding legitimate gripes on blind, but there is almost no positive discussion either about what works well and what people enjoy which is also critical to get a realistic picture of the situation.

It’s a megaphone for the negative points of your job. Things that usually live as minor gripes get magnified 10x with the echo chamber of blind. PIP concern is a huge one at Amazon. I was always TT at Amazon, but the second I got back on blind I was plagued with PIP fears, this made me completely change my attitude towards my job.

I get this, but at Amazon I feel like you kind of need blind to stay informed on how you should handle situations. I feel like I would of been pipped already if I didn't know the in's and outs of what could trigger a pip. I am going to pick my next company wisely and then delete the app for a few years I think.
