I got an offer from Intuitive with the following numbers for L3 Software Automation Test role
Base : 140k
Bonus :15%
RSU : 65k /4
TC : around 177k
Location : bay area
I was super sad when she told me the numbers. I would barely make anything more than current. When I tried to negotiate with recruiter she in turn said it was my fault I did not ask how much the position offered and this is the max figures they gave me. She said every position has a budget and she cannot do anything more than this , but she will try and worst case she will send offer and I can reject it .
I interviewed with so many companies before , got offers , negotiated and I think by far this is the worst negotiation experience ever.

Note: Sometimes the recruiters are doing a bad job with negotiations. Don't let that spoil your overall experience. You won't see them ever after.
