just came back from my loop today and should be getting an offer soonish. fingers crossed. already gave my salary expectations of base 90k GBP (115k USD) and recruiter seemed to be ok with it. but was wondering what to expect in general. not sure if this position will be fully OTE driven. but my OTE expectation would be something like 150k GBP OTE (190k USD) + RSUs, bonus etc. 6 yoe directly applicable experience, 14 yoe overall, mba im not 100% sure if its going to be L5, but im pretty sure it's not going to be L6. guys in the same role i've seen there have way more applicable experience than me, much more senior. sales/partnerships is not that much talked about on blind, but im hoping that someone could offer feedback. maybe from the US? and i can make the appropriate reduction.

Google CFO confirms 'large-scale' layoffs (Apr 17)
That seems like you're lowballing yourself.
very well may be. thats why im asking for help. :) unfortunately TC in UK/EU is not as high as in the US. I've asked for what my peers are making in Tableau at the moment. I'm below market and hitting the 4 year cliff soon so ready to move.
I know salaries are lower in the UK, I've hired extensively for the London market. Here's what I'd recommend: Base: £100-£120K Bonus: 20-25% Sign-on: £10-£30K RSUs: £100-£150K over 4 years
