I have got an offer for the role of Process Engineer-II and would like to know the base salary up to which I can negotiate. Currently, I have been offered 92k. The job location is New Jersey. Any other benefits that I can ask for if the salary won’t go up much?#elililly #processengineersalary #negotiateoffer #pharma

    It’s 0-250% of 10% of base salary.

My bad. I thought you asked End of Year bonus. I have 19 months of experience.

Merck pays relatively the same.. when I was at 19 months, I was making 87K as process engineer 2… but I was in a different state (cheaper than NJ). Do you have a masters degree? regardless I would say push for 100k given the job market condition.

I have got them to give me 10k signing bonus. They are helping in relocating, no lump sum

I also heard Eli Lilly pays little lower compared to other Parma… not sure if that’s true

Pretty tough to negotiate salary here, now it’s 96k. Trying to take it to at least $102.
