Been here almost 4 years now and still highly engaged and loving it. Gotten refreshers every single year. Sometimes only with average rating band. Being groomed for tech lead/management now. Collaborative culture, good people, not many jerks and they don't stick around. I'm home for dinner every night, only working late if I'm on call and the world explodes (not often).
