Generally you can expect what you get in your offer is what you get for 4 years. Then in year 3, you will get stock grants for year 5 and so on. So if you’re negotiating make sure to emphasize that to your recruiter. Don’t let the recruiter lie to you about performance based grants or some other b/s like that.
