how much does vm ware pay for senior software engineers?
work on backend and have 8 years work with a masters degree . did interview with vmware hr wants sent an email to discuss about offer what offer can i expect . i asked for market wage did not press a specific number during interviews

VMW is very base + bonus heavy when compared to other tech companies. Expect something like 150 - 185 base (with 17+% bonus)
