how much should I pay in rent in sf?

Hi everyone I just moved to SF from Seattle.
My criteria for finding a room:
Need a private room (possibly with a private bathroom).
Not a fan of apts with converted living spaces to bedrooms.
Should be part of apartment complex with at least a basic fitness center.
Close to FiDi (20-40 min travel time)

But I am not able to find any room rentals below $2500 for my specific criteria. Is this price normal or too much?
