New Hire Stocks: 45K (Vested 25% each year for 4 years)
Stocks: 45K will be awared each year (But only 25% will be vested)
Relocation: 10K

SDE1:
Base: 129K
Stocks: 95K vested over 4 years
JB: 39K (1st year) and 29K (2nd year)
Relaction: 7K

So at the end of first year you've : 160 + 20 + 32 + 11.25 = 223.25 TC at Walmart.
Is this correct?
In the beginning of the first year, you only get New Hire Stocks: 45K allocated right?
That's a delta of 60K, so Walmart looks like a better option unless the team there is crap.
