Does anyone know Amazon's remote work policy if you're approved for permanent remote work? E.g. how often can I work from a different city, state, country?

I know if you are a normal employee you get 4 weeks of work from anywhere. Is it the same for remote where you have to stay in your home location?

Keep in mind this can change real quick, your director leaves and another guy/girl sits right down and what do you know, returning to office in 2 months

Why do people ask these kinds of questions? How is your employer going to know if you’re working remote from your living room vs a hotel room? As long as you’re getting your work done, be free and travel.

I’ve been traveling a week each month to different states and they could care less.

I don't think they are. They only exist for tax/legal reasons. I'm not asking about the remote approval itself on the limitations after you are fully remote(not going to an office, not living near it).

Yeah I know getting approved for remote is org dependent. I am already approved. I am asking about the policies governing remote which aren't org dependent since they only exist of legal/tax reasons.
My manager couldn't care less if I work from NYC, Atlanta, or paris each day
