Anyone else have a particularly frustrating interview experience wirh hulu lately? Interviewing for a role in digital strategy (non-engineering) and the process is taking forever. - Takes about 1 week post interview to hear from the recruiter that I made it to next round - 1 week of coordinating with a recruiter to lock in date for the next interview, which will be about 1 week out overall it’s 2.5+ weeks between each round, and when i ask about timing / next steps nobody can give me a straight answer. i’m wondering if this is happening to anyone else, or if perhaps they’re just really uncertain about me.
Don't join Hulu from Google 😌
Surprised to hear you having these complaints coming from Google. Google has the longest, most obtuse hiring process I've ever experienced. I'm guessing you are fairly young and haven't interviewed at many places. Hulu's process is above average--not as tight as Facebook but not as long and painful as Google. What you're experiencing is fairly normal.
Thanks for the input!
