Poll question: Were you asked any questions on multi-threading/ thread safety in interviews?
If yes, what were the questions like?
If I use c++ in coding rounds and am not familiar with java/c# multi-threading or pthreads, which one should I learn if efforts required are same?

No sir. I have never implemented it in production code in my total 1.5+ yoe. I know the theory very well. Given the access to Internet or some other resources, I can code it confidently. It's just that I am not yet ready to code it in interviews.
My case is like "if a person doesn't have a particular skill, then he/she is good at some other skill."
I am looking forward to opportunities to work on stuff like this.
Just for my curiosity, what is your yoe and how many times did you get opportunities to write concurrent code?
