i’ve been at AWS in sales for the past 3.5y.
currently working on a promotion to sales manager from account manager.
got approached by google for an account management position.
salary is a lot better at google but heavily depending on quota hitting.
aws target are largely infeasible.
so the question is: money and a new company or stay and get a management position?

GCP - Is about to hockeystick in terms of growth. AWS is growing as well but its a bit more late stage
Google will have better perks in my opinion, they are not known to be "frugal" like AWS
