Heard you guys got completely hosed and your common stock options turned out to be worthless and just preferred will be paid in this acquisition.

Is that true or just bs? The press release surely makes it sound like a firesale.

What a sad day, especially for a company making such a nice tool that was once the hottest company in the valley... I hope you didn’t exercise your stock options!

      There is potential equity value. Less people means more stock for those who stay. They still have the Docker brand, millions of developers using it on their desktop, and Hub. Those are valuable assets which many startups would kill for. It’s not guaranteed that Docker will bounce back, but it’s possible.

    Has anyone seen any official documentation from the Company directed to common share investors β€” those who executed options? Company communication inquiries is based on leaving voice mails and hoping for call back, which has not happened.
