I got an E4 offer from Meta recently. Contrary to the rest of the blind, I’ve had a pleasant experience at AWS so far, so keeping the TC bump aside, is it worth making the move to Meta considering I’ve heard some horrid stories related to Meta as well where everyone is just chasing PSC?
What does the blind fam think?
Current TC: 200k, expected to go till 250k in the upcoming PCS at Amazon
New TC: 350k(first year), ~300k subsequent years
