Total comp around 450k.
(Edit) Breakdown: ~210k base, RSU+yearly bonus rest. Not counting other benefits like ESPP.
Pros:
Work with really smart people. Top talent in my area.
Stacking refreshers.
Cons:
- I'm not an Apple Fanboy. So dealing with Apple devouts may piss me off on a regular basis.
- [Assumption] Can't talk about most my work outside of Apple? I prefer to talk about work related stuff with like minded people, even outside of work.
- [Assumption] WLB? Not sure
Current Job:
Pros:
- Current TC ~ 600k
- WLB is okay
Cons:
- Meetings
- Documents
- Working with mostly B/C type people. Some B+/A type.
- $SNAP performance today has started giving me second thoughts about it's future
Looking for serious advice as I'm quite confused currently.
- What is the level with 450k salary. Apple recruiter won't tell me the level.
- How is WLB for teams working on iPhone/iWatch related system software?
#tech #apple #snap

Also you don't have to be a fanboy. I still use my Samsung phone in the office. Nobody cares.
What's the offer breakdown? Did you count refreshers and cash bonus too?
