Strategic Cloud engineer , Machine Learning , google india TC

Hi Guys,

I have given all the rounds of SCE , Machine learning at google india and I am hoping to get a call for salary negotiations very soon. I needed some help as what I could see, google is lowballing like anything , so needed your help in what should be the offer that I should aim for.

YOE ~ 8 years
TC ~ 33(30 fix + 3 variable)
No stocks
No competing offers.
and Yes I can join very early so is there a thing called as early joining bonus at google that I can get separately.
