I recently added my financial details in personal capital to build my portfolio to see how I am doing. As you know for most of the Indians who came to USA after 2013, the citizenship or GC is out of question. So when you do your retirement planning, do you add your social security benefit numbers in your personal capital app?
Thanks
EDIT: Are guys who came after 2013, planning to move back to home country?

Just you have to be in USA by paying taxes for 10 years or 40 quarters in your lifetime. PFB for reference. After 10 years of paying taxes in USA you can live anywhere outside USA to claim your social security benefits.

It's cheap to buy out small businesses in 2020 with so many closing. You might actually make money getting your green card.
You don't need to "know anybody". Just do your own research on how EB5 works rather than trusting a random person
