Got this offer from Zeta for EM.
80 LPA base + 20 bonus + 40L worth of equity over 4 years.

YOE: 9, present TC: 65LPA (45(base + variable) + 20-23 Cashable shares)

Also, let me know the work nature, appraisal cycle, perf bonus, WLB.
Any additional suggestions are welcome. Anyone from zeta?

      Is it lowball? I feel there is still some scope of push in base for 20 lakhs. I know 1 folk for yoe- 5 got 60 lpa as base from 30 lpa.

      You can try but I don’t think it will change without a competing offer more than zeta. I think for EM it’s already on higher side.
