Also any pointers on the wlb, tech stack(this would be the cloud team is what I was told)
Also, what teams in tableau are good for future career growth and is it also easier to move internally to other roles in Salesforce ?

      Yep. Google standards I guess 😅. But I felt the team at Google and also the growth seemed way better. Also opens up a ton of internal opportunities in the future. Not really that attached to the level as long as the comp is comparable

    Haven't been at Salesfarce in a couple of years but by the time I left, there was a fair bit of bitterness towards aquisitions because they kept a lot of startup perks that the rest of the company didn't have.

    Such as having free lunches with security checking badges and turning regular employees away, the ones who were forced to dogfood their shitty product and do their QA for them.

    I don't think it will affect internal transfers, but why would you want to?

      No idea what the tech stack at Tableau is, but trust me, you don't want to take that time machine ride 15 years into the past for Salesforce core.

      Their move to the cloud is a dumpster fire visible from space, as they try to lift a shift a massive monolith on top of oracle onto AWS, GCP, and Azure all at once.
