Facebook SDE new grad roles- what do recruiters look for in resume ?

So I have applied to new grad roles last year and also to some roles which requires less than one month of work experience. I applied to all these roles with referral. I am not sure why I have always been rejected from all the roles that I have applied. I wouldn't say my resume is in top 5% or something. But I feel it's not bad either (I have done some impactful work at Amazon). Again I know this is what I feel and not what recruiter feels. I have definitely followed usually guidelines (STAR format, quantifiable impact, small bullet points, etc ) From the rejection mail it does seem like there is an actual person looking at resume instead of ATS system rejecting.
So if someone is familiar with new grad/junior engineering hiring at Facebook (HR/sourcer/EM) can you answer some questions and also give some tips on how to increase chances of getting hired at Facebook .
1) What does Facebook specifically look for in New grad roles/junior engineers resume
2) Is having referral from different random people blacklist the candidate or have negative impact on my candidature ?
3) Anything else which can makes resume stellar (like specific tech, project )?
