Nature destination recommendations?

I really enjoyed Hawaii because of the diversity of things to do. I went hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, etc. The landscape was also super diverse and everything was not too spread out. What are other places that have a similar variety of things to do? I like hiking but don’t want to spend all my time doing it. I also am partial to warmer weather so even though places like Iceland or Norway seem pretty, I’m not excited about the cold.
