Stats show Android ahead in market share by varying degrees, sometimes massively. But I see iPhones more even in crappier parts of town. Are the stats accurate for consumers?
I can tell you most of Microsoft employees use iPhone. Some try Android but they come back.
Yes even Goog employees use iPhone. So the stats sound strange, there must be large pockets of Android-only to compensate for this.
I have both. Prefer my Android though.
iPhones are affordable status symbols. I would expect that poor irresponsible people would buy iPhones before paying rent.
iPhone as status symbol. DF? You must know some really basic people.
I know people from all walks of life. The two people I know that are always the most eager to get the latest iPhone are probably the poorest two I know. Both are on food stamps. Of course they always get the useless iPhones with the minimum storage, whatever that is these days. Having a new iPhone seems to be an escape from reality. It’s also a somewhat cheap form of entertainment (compared to travel etc)
