Is Coinbase WLB really that bad?

Coinbase seem to have a lot of roles open that seem quite interesting. Is WLB really as bad as people say it is, or is it improving? Are 50/60 hour weeks common? Thinking about going for it but also don't want to be in constant fear of PIP. Scared it might be a severe culture shock coming from a WLB haven like Bloomberg.

How is it also in terms of learning opportunities/growth etc?
