The first round was a virtual video round. There were questions that had to be answered on video in 60-90 seconds. Didn’t clear that round.
Illumina and its tech is doing well. Layoffs are not due to financial reasons. But tech and sw guys.. they wont be able to match you salary. You will be paid almost similar to bio and core engineering folks.
They aren’t doing so hot...had layoffs before Coronavirus started
Oh. Okay. Thanks, that’s good to know. I guess I’ll think about joining/not joining once I clear the interview. At this point, I want to focus on clearing it and was looking for advice on how to do that.
