You can tell I accepted the offer, but I wanted to 1) put the data out there to help other people considering Salesforce and 2) get feedback on how good/bad these numbers are to help me learn about what I can improve next time I'm looking for a new company. It's harder to know what a good offer is outside SV because there's not as much data on Levels/Glassdoor/etc.
Hired as full remote in the Southeast in a pretty cheap city, don't think NYC or Boston or anything like that.
YoE: 8 (do you count internships? Then 10)
Base: $175k
Bonus: $26k
RSUs: 170k (over 4 years)
They offered lower than this and I countered with 15% more which they took.
The main thing is that I wonder if I should have pushed for LMTS with my YOE.
