My main target was the three national parks around Seattle because I've seen the rest in California. If you're target is the stuff in California, then drive south on I-5 and visit Mount Shasta and Lassen National park around Redding in the northern California area. Crater Lake NP in southern Oregon is also along the way.
From Lassen, drive to Yosemite and then Kings Canyon and Sequoia NPs. From there go to LA or San Diego depending on how much time you have and drive back north on 101. It stays along the coast and crosses Redwood national and state parks. This should easily be a little over 10 days. You may have to adjust or extend your trip accordingly.
