I have a Flatiron Health onsite coming up, 4 hour long interviews. Wondering what to expect, topics, difficulty, etc. Should I prepare for OOP design and/or systems design? And any info on the culture there, anything unique they look for in their hires? Anything else good to know about the company? 3+ yoe
Not sure what it is for non new grads (I’ll be a new grad engineer starting there in the fall) but I can give you some insight for what it was like for me. One interview was a graph question (DFS, BFS, and optimizing these search algorithms given additional information about the problem), another was system design, and one was half behavioral and half coming up with 3+ solutions to the same problem, all solutions with varying degrees of trade offs (in terms of time and space). They’re looking for people who won’t fake passion for the company in the interviews - all their engineers are super passionate
They ask system design for new grad ??
