Hi! I'm currently interviewing with Microsoft for a sde 2 role. I had 1 HLD, 1 LLD and 1 coding round all of which I did pretty good. I then had a call with HM (he was having 15+ yoe) which was mostly behavioral. I thought this was AA round.
They have now scheduled another round for tomorrow - actual AA round. The interviewer is the manager of the interviewer from hm round. Is it normal to have both HM and AA rounds separately? And what can I expect in AA round.
