  Not sure if it's a carelessness from recruiter or a company policy. But if it's company policy to entertain like this after rejection, I don't think you should eye for that company.

  There is no way it’s 1 year, I had a friend reapply that got rejected from the phone screen 3 months after and get another interview… I atleast made it to on-site
