Culture is indeed as good as advertised, the average employee is very chill and smart, and the company benefits are stellar.
Being fully remote is challenging at times but before COVID teams would gather in person a few times a year and that really improved the camaraderie. Plans are to start that up soon (my team is meeting in either April or May).
That said, I wanted to specifically work for Asana because I think the product has great potential and it has barely put a whisper of a dent on its market penetration.
