I got an offer for Staff SE from Harness platform team. The reviews in 2019 and early 2020 were bad but looks like it has improved in the last 6 months. Should I join ? I'm at paypal now. How is the work life balance ?

    I work in Harness and part of NG team.

    I have not worked on weekend from last 6 months.

    Management is trying best to resolve work life balance. Sometimes we have to push ourselves for being ahead of competetors but not daily.
