      WLB has not been so great recently at sharechat but they are hiring aggressively. So, eventually it will be better. Culture is great. No back stabbing or anything like that.

      Tbh in indian startups the more concerning thing is the micromanagement and bootlicking. Dunno if its worth leaving a brand company to go there. Thanks for your insights
