Typically what is the min % increase in total compensation one should target while changing jobs ? Total comp should be base + annual bonus + RSUs vested every year ?
30
More the better
Maybe factor into how much your RSUs are worth at vest as well. Depend on the situation you could get significantly less.
My current TC is ๐ฅ so I was expecting at least 100% increase
I just scored a 70% raise in tc with my latest job switch. And I still feel underpaid.
20-30% has always been my bar
My total comp is going to increase by 50% and I am wondering if I should keep interviewing longer to get a better offer in FAANG or tier 1 companies or settle with the Tier 2 offer at hand. Thanks for the inputs yโall.
