internal team transfer - h1 visa implication
im on h1 visa and working as program manager with Azure. im Moving to O365. No change in job title or location. only org change. is there any implication on my visa status by this change? #h1b #workvisa

Check with your MSFT's law firm. There might be implications if they have started the GC process for you

Shouldnβt be. As long as soc code for LCA is the same for new and old position plus location is the same. But you might need to get approval/assessment from your law firm. Atleast with Oracle I had to.
