internship advice

I was really lucky this recruiting cycle and was able to get 7 internship offers for next summer. But, I have been having a really tough time determining which company would be best for my career. My top choices for next summer are Microsoft/Google/Bloomberg. I really want to experience NY at Bloomberg and like the company culture, I just don’t know if it would be a better experience and better for my resume to go to Google/Microsoft. One turn away for Google is the conversion interviews. If you have previously interned at any of these companies it would be amazing if you could just say how you liked it and why. Thanks!!!

Google, no brainer.

Uber uber1234 OP Nov 16, 2019

Why do you think it’s a no brainer?

Salesforce peaceguy Nov 16, 2019

Why do u think it's a no-brainer when u have to clear some more interviews to get converted to full time ?

Salesforce peaceguy Nov 16, 2019

Did u already get a Host match for Google internship ?

Uber uber1234 OP Nov 16, 2019

I received an option for either doing host matching or accepting a guaranteed option which I don’t have so much say in my project but will be guaranteed one.

Thanks for replying. Ohh nice, does Google give a guaranteed option to everyone ? Now I understand, why the recruiter was asking about any expected deadlines. So do they give the guaranteed option if one has pending deadlines ?

Unpopular opinion: Go Microsoft. No conversion interviews and they pay their intern converts handsomely. I believe top performers got 110k base, 50k sign on, 150k stock/3.5, 10% target bonus. This is also in Redmond which is dirt cheap

So, If someone has Salesforce and Google intern, Salesforce is a no-brainer ? Salesforce convert offer - 150k base, 110k stock, 10% bonus, 40k signon

Also, how many %age of interns pass the conversion interviews at Google ?
