i am a recent new grad and having an interview scheduled for Bloomberg. Can anyone help and give some advice? thanks so much.
My question was given a stream of start and end times between different stops along a subway system, calculate the average time between two stops in real-time. Basically recording moving averages between multiple start and end points. They also will probably ask you to go in-depth on a project ie “architecture, tech stack, performance, trade offs, etc”.
Dmed you
Mine was find a subarray which adds to target. I got brute force then optimal solution. Thought it went well. They still said no.
No meaning rejected or did they want more optimal solution
No meaning rejected*
Had my Bloomberg onsite about two weeks ago. Expect questions straight outta LC. I had seen 3 of the 4 questions I got and the last one was a pretty popular one on LC as well.
Why not post them?
There are so many interviewers here, and everyone uses different questions... so hard to give specific advice. I found the interviews slightly easier than G/FB but again, all depends on your interviewers.
