Work remote would be a better option at that point, I believe you need to go through a not so intense interview to join another team, or have an "in" already.
What are good teams at Intuit?
Went to an onsite, and did not want to work there. Seemed stale, toxic, and out of touch.
Incredibly toxic. A ton of politics where it's common to see people competing with one another instead of working together. And a "director" and VP that play favorites. Unless you're an iOS developer or back-end engineer, stay far away. Work life is ok, but again, depends how well you play ball.
How easy is team change if the need comes?
Do not join. I joined qb with high hopes but soon left as they don’t encourage team change. Qb was full of toxic folks.
