The end of Backdoor Roth?!
715 people from across the company. Can confirm, currently at Intuit There are other posts from a week and a half ago that go into more details
In the news as well
See layoffs.fyi
715 from the whole company. Can confirm, one of the laid off folks - and oh, when will MS resume hiring? :-(
I’m hiring. DM me
If you care about your career, dont join Intuit. If you need a place to be for 6-8 months, then join intuit, but do buy lots of aspirins
Why?
Cause #IntuitSucks
I was laid off from Reno site, Payroll Tax Dept
I know who this is
Are you talking about QuickBooks Payroll department? I am actually interviewing for this. Can you please shed more light on this ..please.
Stay away from Intuit
Microsoft is hiring today & fire folks tomorrow. Nobody guarantees you a stable job. We need to care for ourselves. OR stay away from all companies. May be a self employed.
You think your post is adding any value to OP’s genuine query?
Sorry to say that, @Walmart this my fellow coworker @g0-0gle has no idea what he is talking about. I apologize for him. He is ignorant.
Everyone knows there is no job security, but the concern is why would a company layoff? Is it because company is going through tough times, or is it just a political one. For intuit, this was purely political
You got a very good point.
I hope Intuit goes under. The way the company screws over customers is unconscionable.
How do? I’ve used various money and it seemed overpriced to me. Does that mean I was being screwed over?
You must have watched Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj. Company is offering a service. If you can do taxes yourself then do it for free. The IRS gives you all forms. However, most people will pay for convenience. CPAs charge more so I don't see how they are scamming customers.
I have an interview with them coming up. Whose job am I taking?
Good luck haha
