Hoping to buy something within 20-40 minutes commute (meaning, it’s 40-minutes on the worst days).
Have a budget of 1.5M. Where would you consider buying?
We are open to go north/south and across the bridge. We care about safety, don’t care about schools yet.
Oakland seems cheaper, but I have heard it’s unsafe. Does it have good areas?
