Need help with offer evaluation. I have been offered a senior security engineer role at Riot Games, Dublin, Ireland. I have 12 yoe in the security space.
Base - 84k
Annual perf. Bonus - 15%
LTI - 15% (after 3 years)

Is this a justified compensation for the role in Dublin?

Any tips on negotiating this?

  • Just it set expectations, this year bonuses paid out at 1.7x (25.5% for a 15% target) for most people (and 2.2x or 33% for top performers). Obviously no way to know what they’ll be in the future, but might be helpful to know.

    Higher than average for Ireland and that role. But your yoe definitely deserves higher. Do you have any other offers? Also did you counter-offer?
