    Just curious: are you new to the area? "favorite builder" and brand new house at 350k in Dallas? Why not look for older properties, even those built around 2000?

    Oh my god if we could speculate market trends then we would be in the profession of buying options and flipping real estate. But we aren't.

    Also your TC is way too low to buy a $350k house Jesus Christ unless you have no other expenses. Why would you build a home with that TC? You can find so many cookie cutter mcmansions in the area
