one of my projects recently gained attention from VCs and a niche domain in the tech industry.
now I've started trying to raise funding from VCs.
however an existing company approached me and I am chatting and getting to know their team and they have compelling arguments why it's easier and better to just join them and build my product with them.
do you have advice on how to value acquisition price for a preseed crypto project that is pursuing a ~20-30M valuation? (no users, only mvp built)
any advice would be extremely appreciated
I'm interested in both options currently and am talking with all parties to learn more

source: I was going through a seed round before deciding not to raise
i know it's too early and my post lacks info but would it be fair to price an acquisition 5-10% of the valuation, for a product with no users yet but an MVP built (product) and attention from big players in the crypto ecosystem?
The hard part of building a tech business is not the product as much as business plans, infrastructure and sales & marketing that lead to customer acquisition.
