It is in Playa Vista. Super expensive place. You can also bike to the beach from there, but not walk, too far away.

  Do you think its worth relocating to mpk? Only difference is the cost of living but if working at mpk is better than im considering moving there

  Mpk has a lower cost of living than Playa Vista. But it looks like a village and doesn't have any good beach nearby. Working will most likely be the same.
