The trend seems like we will always be remote or come to office 1-2 days per week.
For people who are looking to buy house in 2-3 years, if many companies including yours support remote.
Will you buy house in bay area?
I am thinking of buying one and wanted to know thw trend.
There are similar polls on blind asking "is bay area desirable" but homeowner population skews the polls. Homeowners seems to find perfect weather in bay area 1300sqft 1975 house and blah blah.
#hybrid #returntooffice. #remote. #housing

Trying to decide whether to buy in bay area or outside like Sacramento
People who are remote when the majority of their team is RTO will have trouble with their career growth. Many decisions are made in person.
We are in a deeply technical domain-specific project with clear execution goals, and in-office simply hurts focus enough to slow down making progress on hard problems. My team has at least 2 L6s, 2 L5s and 1 L7 who strongly prefer remote, 3 of those are already approved and the rest are waiting to confirm they won't miss out on any office happenings before applying.
people call you out on bs here easily
